Aftercare (Integration)
I’m humbled and honored to be in service to your healing.
Thank you for choosing to show up for yourself and allowing yourself to release, receive, and expand.
Thank you for bringing your medicine and energy into our sacred container.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Shamanic work can open emotional, energetic, or psychological breakthroughs, but without follow‑through they dissipate. Aftercare (aka integration) anchors the shift and/or healing and can turn insights into lasting change. It’s the phase where new patterns/behaviors replace old ones and the nervous system learns a different way of being.
Mindfully choose how to honor yourself and the work you’ve done. Use your own self-care practices and/or consider supplementing with the invitations described below.
Munay Sonqo,

Invitations, in no order of priority, for the next several days and beyond (as best as feasible)
Rest & Hydrate: Prioritize good sleep hygiene, hydration, and gentle nutrition
Mind your energetic and relational diet: Quiet reflection & avoid overstimulation — limit screen time, news, social media, violence & negativity (including people and places)
Soak your feet or entire body, using your favorite bath salts, herbs, flowers & oils. Add a candle and soft music.
Gentle Movement: stretch, yoga, etc. to release residual energy
Be with nature: bare feet on the ground, leaves/bark in hands, etc.
Beathwork: intentional, controlled breathing techniques designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical health, often reducing stress and increasing energy. Choose what best aligns… even 1 mindful minute can work wonders.
Lean on your support team: share initial reflections with for example: therapist, clergy, community, loved ones
Journaling: Capture key insights, emotions, visuals, or messages while fresh. Choosing upon waking and just before bed instead of screens can be powerful. Here are 3 Journal prompts you can consider (also useful for meditation:)
Where am I pretending/performing?
What am I not seeing clearly?
What is the next honest step?
Meditation: simply sit still and return your attention to your breath, train your mind to be calmer, clearer, and less reactive. YouTube is a great resource for guided meditation. Sahaja Yoga is a Meditation practice that I personally find powerful.
Develop or lean into a daily gratitude practice. “Count your blessings”
Consider 1:1 healing sessions with a therapist, shaman, reiki master, sound bath, breathwork, acupuncturist, massage therapist, etc. Referrals available.
Volunteer — transmute with gratitude in service to others
Music is medicine. Listen to/sing/play music that brings you joy, peace or power. Feel free to enjoy the playlist links at the bottom of the website, or ask me for something specific.
Join healing circles / commune with those interested in unity over division. Gather your tribe and host your own circle – DIY or contact me to co-create. Ask me about One Love Hub (Philly or SNJ) a co-created project to authentically unite conscious communities with expansion-seekers.
We are the ones we've been waiting for, Luminous Warrior. Tell your story, speaking into the void that which others might also be feeling. Remind them that like you, they are not alone.
