Tom’s Journey
Sleepwalking through life & checking boxes such as having a decorated corporate career, several successful businesses, multiple properties, a stamp-filled passport and a hyperactive social life...
Losing most of that, I found myself in a 283lb physical body that had been self-medicated through decades of food and alcohol abuse. Emotionally speaking, feelings of unfulfillment, shame, anxiety and inertia were the norm while the cravings for change became impossible to ignore. Going to the gym and therapists paired with handfuls of prescription drugs/supplements proved to be consistently insufficient.
Funny thing, how an awakening can start.
Serendipitously guided to connect with alternative healers and learning about epigenetics were game changers. Understanding that unresolved trauma (whether mine or inherited) can impact our physical, emotional, spiritual and/or energetic selves to the point of immune system suppression was alarming. By studying indigenous techniques to reconnect with nature and the creator, I received ancient wisdom and skills that help uncover root issues to make deep healing not only possible... but lasting. Empowered with knowledge and tools to prioritize wellness, my life has since been profoundly transformed.
Now a Neoshaman / Energy Healer / Medicine Man / Luminous Warrior / Empath / Mesa-carrier… aka a Paqo… I am both honored and filled with gratitude to facilitate healing for others as an extension of my divine medicine wheel, teachers, guides, and ancestors. The practices offered are uniquely grounded in shamanic training of the Q’ero lineage, Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, sacred initiations (Munay-Ki Rites, Munay Karpay Rites, Qotukuna Rites, Noya Rao Dieta, Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Usui Ryoho Reiki One,) and years of master plant teacher work.
Personal Creed
I. On Sacred Duty and Service I walk this path not as a master over others, but as a humble, grounded vessel in service to life. I hold clean, steady containers for transformation, honoring the sacred duty entrusted to me to help others step out of old stories and step fully into their sovereign power.
II. On Lineage and Reverence I honor with deep reverence the sacred lineages, indigenous wisdom traditions, and earth-centered practices that have been passed down to me. I carry these gifts without dilution or spiritual fluff, maintaining strict ethical standards and passing them forward with integrity and respect.
III. On Community Over Isolation I reject the myth of the lonely solo journey. Healing thrives in tribe and cross-pollination. I choose community over competition, actively sharing collective weight, exchanging wisdom, and supporting my fellow facilitators so that none of us walk alone.
IV. On Grounded Transformation I recognize that true healing is an unfolding, not a quick fix or a permanent residency in processing. I commit to knowing when to honor the work of the moment and when to leave the old skins on the lodge floor, closing the door on what has been released and stepping actively back into the game of life.
V. On the Vessel and Alignment I hold my own physical body, mental and emotional clarity, spiritual vitality, and energetic health as sacred ground. Through intentional self-care, quiet reflection, and active alignment, I keep my vessel clean, strong, and nourished so I may serve from overflow rather than depletion.
