Individual Healing Sessions

Illuminations are the foundation to the majority of the individual healing sessions and some group sessions. An Illumination is an ancient healing practice for clearing trauma and negative imprints at our blueprint level, while also restoring chakras, energetic pathways, and our luminous energy field.

Although the method may include craniosacral, breathwork, and sound treatment aspects, it originates from the direct living descendants of the Inkan empire as taught by Dr. Alberto Villoldo (psychologist, medical anthropologist, author, shaman) of the Four Winds Society.

Illuminations are performed on a massage table, fully clothed. Primary touch points are the deepening and release points at the occipital ridge (back of head,) primary chakra centers (except root,) hands and feet.

All offerings are practiced in sacred space and Tom’s luminous energy field.

Opening sacred space (or container) is a ceremonial practice used by shamans to invite assistance and protection from all directions. It shifts the environment’s energy, helps individuals focus on the present moment, and facilitates the shaman's connection to the invisible world to promote healing. This practice also honors spiritual allies, nature and sacred places.

The Luminous Energy Field surrounds our physical body and links us to all beings, the earth, and elements. It serves as a template for our life, aging, and healing process and also holds information about our gifts, experiences, ancestry, etc.

After individual or group healing, integration is crucial for lasting change. Integration and preparation guidance is available directly with Tom or through a referral.

  • Process by which the 7 main chakras are unwound, recharged, rebalanced and restored.

  • Five luminous energy belts are woven into your energy field. These act as a filter to break down any heavy energy and transform them into light to nourish the energy field. These Chumpis Rites bring the gifts of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Pure light. This initiation grants maximum protection from the ascended masters & sacred spirits. Note that once initiated, one must regularly recharge the bands; luckily this is an easy task.

  • Sever unhealthy or detrimental attachments.

We commonly have energetic or emotional connections (aka a “cord”) with others that no longer serve us. This practice severs the cord that connects you to a person, or persons from whom release is needed. It is not uncommon to be unaware of detrimental cords.

  • Shamanic practice of healing and integrating one’s body, mind, and spirit to make this transition easier. The method helps the spirit learn to move between the seen and unseen worlds leaving no energy or life force trapped in the physical body. This is in contrast to how a priest seals off entry points to / exit points from the physical body during religious last rites.

  • Embrace your highest purpose & reality

Align with your soul’s optimal timeline, frequency, or emerging dimension.

We journey to ask Inkan Emperor, Pachakuti to take us 30,000 years into the future. There, you will commune with that version of yourself to receive perspective, gifts and/or healing needed in the now.

  • Removal of energies that embed themselves in the physical body or connect to the nervous system through a chakra. They are drawn to us by affinities like anger, envy, or hatred, whether these feelings are our own or directed at us by others. They can also be energetic remnants from a past existence or experience. These energies can present physically, like inflammation or fatigue, and emotionally, such as anxiety or depression.

  • This practice severs the association by which energy, power, emotion, etc. is siphoned. Sometimes we experience unexplained fatigue or feel like life is being sucked out of us. Knowingly or not, we may have parasitic relationships that are contributing factors here.

  • This practice resets our nervous system through disengagement from “Fight, Flight, Freeze or Fawn” experiences. Primary touch points are the posterior sacrum and interscapular region.

  • Beautiful pathways to divine teachings for your life path, theme or situation.

  • A power animal journey is a shamanic practice where individuals reconnect with the spirit of an animal, believed to help them feel connected and supported. Power animals can teach lessons and help develop qualities. Some stay with a person for life, while others come and go to assist with specific issues. After a lesson is learned, a power animal may leave and be replaced by another.

  • Rapéh (or Hapéh) is a legal & non-psychoactive sacred plant medicine, administered through the nostrils for a host of potential benefits. It typically purges the mind and body of unwanted elements, clears negativity and releases tensions. After treatment, recipients often report a grounded, peaceful state.

Rapéh contains Nicotiana Rustica, a type of tobacco also known as mapacho (much different from the tobacco used in cigarettes) and a complex blend of pulverized Amazonian medicinal plants, trees, leaves, seeds, and other natural ingredients.

Please do your own research before requesting Rapéh.

  • (Sacred Tobacco Blessing)

Mapacho, a wild tobacco species, is a powerful plant ally for removing negative energies and creating protective barriers. It facilitates communication with the spirit world to reconfigure energy fields and restore harmony.

The shaman heals and strengthens the individual through the Soplada ritual: blowing of Mapacho smoke over crown chakra and around the body. Icaros, sacred healing songs received from the plants, might be incorporated.

  • Sananga is a legal & non-psychoactive sacred plant medicine, administered as eye drops for energetic cleansing, healing, focus and improved clarity. It offers a unique opportunity to connect to the natural world and draw upon the wisdom of indigenous ancestry. Sananga is commonly made from the roots and bark of Tabernaemontana Undulata, a shrub that grows in Brazil and other South American countries.

  • Using sound and vibrations as a holistic tool to shift energies can enhance overall well-being and support personal healing and growth.

As compared to a typical sound bath, Shamanic Sound Immersion offers a deeper and more dynamic personal expansion experience. Often, the participant releases blockages, connects with inner wisdom and receives guidance.

  • A soul contract is an agreement made before birth, or an unconscious promise, that can affect a person's life and relations. This practice involves voiding contracts that are misaligned with one’s purpose or desires. Afterwards, the option to write and install a new soul contract is possible.

  • A practice that involves finding and reintegrating missing parts of a person's soul (aka fragment) that may have been lost due to a traumatic experience or crisis. Note that the soul retrieval process could span multiple sessions.

  • Blending Eastern Medicine Acupuncture with Ancient Shamanic Practices

Meditative acupuncture before a shamanic journey calms the nervous system, opens energetic pathways, and grounds the physical body—creating an ideal state for transformation at our quantum level.

This combination enhances receptivity and clears blockages that might prevent growth or expansion. Together, they allow the participant greater presence, while amplifying mind-body alignment and holistic healing.

  • Patterns shape our perceptions and can become comfort zones, influencing how we see the world as the victim, hero, persecutor or a combination thereof. When we create, invite and/or feed repeated patterns, we become stuck in a disempowered state. Based on the "Drama Triangle" concept introduced in the 1960s by psychiatrist Dr. Stephen B. Karpman, this framework is used to understand various dynamics and steps to reclaim power.

Group Healing Circles

Rooted in ancient traditions, shamanic healing groups harness unified energy and sacred interconnectedness. They are powerful catalysts for individual transformation through shared intention, deep witnessing, and the medicinal power of community. In today’s society, it’s also a unique opportunity for authentic relating that can help build meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging.

The “Share-a-mony” aspect… shamanic healing groups typically end with an optional sharing circle; a practice embraced in therapeutic settings with deep cultural, emotional, and psychological significance. Participation in a sharing circle breaks isolation and serves both a personal act of courage and a communal offering. Each voice strengthens the circle, and in turn, the circle strengthens each voice. Shared wisdom fosters new ideas, perspectives and inspiration to surface. Healing unfolds when people feel seen, heard, and validated.

Below are some examples of what’s possible for healing gatherings. After individual or group healing, integration is crucial for lasting change. Integration and preparation guidance is available directly with Tom or through a referral.

Additionally, cacao boosts creativity and focus, making it a valuable aid for artistic and intuitive expression.

  • Walking you home

Shamanic practice of healing and integrating one’s body, mind, and spirit to make this transition easier. The method helps the spirit learn to move between the seen and unseen worlds leaving no energy or life force trapped in the physical body. • An act of love and a reminder of the connections we share with all beings, elements, spirits, and sacred place

This tradition engages at the soul level and allows participants to show gratitude for the guidance of the spiritual world. As the shaman places offerings into the despacho mandala, participants focus their intentions, transforming the circle into a living prayer. It is a pledge to the natural world and a commitment to harmony, love and gratitude.

Despachos can be created for various reasons: receive guidance, repel negativity, blessing a new home, welcoming a baby, etc. Once completed, the paper is folded and tied into a bundle then buried or burned. (If burned, the participants must turn their backs to the fire until the despacho is gone.)

  • Claim your highest purpose & reality

Align with your soul’s optimal timeline, frequency, or emerging dimension.

We journey to ask Inkan Emperor, Pachakuti to take us 30,000 years into the future. There, you will commune with that version of yourself to receive perspective, gifts and/or healing needed in the now.

  • Release, purify, transform & connect with higher realms

Fire is a potent symbol of transformation, purification, and communication with the sprit world.

In indigenous societies throughout the world, elders bestow the tradition of gathering around a fire with love and the intent to heal both themselves and each other. It is a space to release what no longer serves us and also to manifest dreams into reality.

The fire ceremony's purpose and dedications can range from personal to ancestral, to guides and guardians or anything of nature such as the earth or full moon. A fire ceremony can be part of another ritual or the main event, typically ending with the participants communing over a potluck meal.

  • Honor and celebrate a physical loss

This practice helps us to honor and celebrate a physical body loss such as a hysterectomy, mastectomy, circumcision, vasectomy, amputation, etc.

Regardless of the level of choice in the matter, we can reclaim power and gain relief from grief. We may incorporate fire, individual eulogies and meditations for gratitude, self love, acceptance, forgiveness, etc. Each ceremony ends with the circle breaking bread via potluck. It is recommended that counseling occurs with your trusted therapist both before and after this practice.

  • Purifying space & invite harmony

A home clearing ceremony is based on an ancient tradition that consecrates the space. The purpose is to pray for the inhabitants, their lineage, and heritage, asking for blessings for the past, present, and future.  As the home is an extension of the self and/or family, these ceremonies are typically invoked to welcome a new chapter or honor an ending.

Similarly, this ceremony can be done for your workspace.

  • Awaken, embrace & nurture the child within
